Arabic rice with liver and kidneys

Ingredients


  • 1/2 kg calf liver
  • 1/4 kg of the calf
  • 3 tablespoons of ghee
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • Pinch of cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cup beef broth
  • salt and pepper as needed
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Pinch of mixed spices
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch a carnation
  • 2 cups rice, Egyptian

How to prepare


1. Cut the liver and heart into small pieces


2. In a saucepan, chop the garlic, add the liver and heart slices


3. Add cumin and meat broth. Cook the mixture until soft


4. In a hot saucepan, add the onion and margarine


5. Add the rice and stir well


6. Add spices, sugar, tomato paste, and remaining broth


7. Cover the pot and cook it all over medium heat for half an hour or until the rice is cooked


8. Serve the liver and heart with rice
