Ingredients


To prepare the marinade:
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

  • 450 g beef, sliced
  • 900 gm rice noodles
  • Two green onions, sliced
  • Two bean sprouts
  • 1 white onion, small size, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon of sugar

 

How to prepare


1Put the meat in a bowl. Add the marinade ingredients, i.e. water, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Turn the ingredients over until they overlap. Cover the bowl with sticky nylon paper and set aside for 15 minutes until the marinade is absorbed.


2Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok skillet over medium heat. Add the meat mixture and stir for 30-40 seconds. When the meat changes color, lift the meat out of the wok and put it on a plate aside.


3Add the rest of the oil to the wok pan. Add noodles and green onions. Stir the ingredients until they overlap, then add the soy sauce and sugar. Stir until the noodles are covered with sauce.


4Return the steaks to the wok skillet. Add bean sprouts and stir for a minute.


5Increase the green onions and stir the mixture for 30-40 seconds and  Serve hot.
