- 1-kilo chicken breast
- Broccoli (cup) cup
- Carrot Slicer Cup (Optional)
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Tablespoon of white vinegar
- Tablespoon of honey
- Half a teaspoon of ground red hot pepper
- Teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- A teaspoon of sesame (for garnish)
How to prepare
1Cut the chicken breasts into medium cubes, put the broccoli and carrots in a saucepan with boiling water, boil the vegetables for ten minutes, then strain the water.
2 Whisk two tablespoons of water with soy sauce, vinegar, honey, hot pepper flakes, starch, in a small bowl and set aside.
3 Place a large, deep frying pan over medium to high heat. Put coconut oil for two minutes, then add the onions and saute until the color changes slightly. Lift the onions from the pan and set aside. Add chicken cubes to the pan and turn them on all sides until the chicken is tender.
4Add the garlic and ginger, add the boiled vegetables, and cook the ingredients for two minutes, then pour the soy sauce and honey and cook for another three minutes.
5 Remove the pan from the heat, pour sesame oil over the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds.
