Creamy delicious mushroom pasta
Favorite Pasta(lentil pasta)
12 Ounces Sliced portobello mushroom
4 earth Butter, Divided
1/2 cup dairy free cream
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Cup Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
4 ounces chopped cherry tomatoes
1. Melt two tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 6-8 minutes until they have started to turn golden brown.
2.while mushroom are cooking. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions.
3.Add the minced garlic and tomatoes to the pan along with the mushrooms and add salt and pepper. Cook and stir constantly for one more minute.
