Greek Feast Menu I just have to say that I love Greek everything lol. While this is one dish that will take you to Greece and back. All these simple flavors pack a punch and that’s what I love about it, give it a shot and let me know what you think.
1 15 oz can chickpeas
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt & pepper to
1/2 of a large cucumber, unpeeled
1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2 large garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill

1.Preheat the air fryer to 425°F.
Rinse the chickpeas a colander until the water runs clear. Using a paper towel, dab the chickpeas to dry them.
2.Transfer chickpeas to A bowl add olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper, and toss until the chickpeas are well coated. Then add to air fryer basket chickpeas. Air fry 15-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
3.While chickpeas are working, GRATE THE CUCUMBER AND DRAIN THROUGH
4.Combine with yogurt, garlic, lemon, and salt in Pepper and fresh dill and stir to combine. Serve chilled
5.Once chickpeas are done combine all ingredients as a wrap and enjoy.
