Keto Parmesan drumsticks You just can’t ever go wrong with bitter and cheese!!! These two-ingredient pair so well together.
This simple but packed with flavour recipe will have your whole family thinking you have been cooking for hours. Serve will my brussels sprout salad and enjoy.
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4-6 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt n pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1. In a mixing bowl add the drumsticks with a little olive oil, garlic powder, and salt&pepper and toss together.
2. Place your drumsticks in the air fryer at 400 for 20min(if you don’t have an air fryer place them on a baking sheet at 425 for 25-30min then turn and cook for additional 5-10m.
3. While waiting for the chicken to be done, add butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning to a saucepan melt butter and let simmer for 1 minute then turn off and let cool.
4. Once chicken is done, put in to a mixing bowl add butter sauce and Parmesan cheese and mix and enjoy.
(Note don’t add cheese in till sauce is cooled down because it will melt and turn in to a cheese ball.)
