Penne a la Vodka Ok guy yes I know it’s not healthiest meal ever lol but guess what? if you don’t learn to enjoy food you won’t live to love food. This was a special meal request and I said hell yes!!!
Woke up in the morning and guess what?? I didn’t gain a pound!! Remember it’s about a balance not given up all you love to eat!!😊


1 box of @eatbanza penna pasta
1 teaspoon olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
28.5 oz crush tomatoes can
½ cup vodka
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
salt&pepper to taste



1.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.

2.Add crush tomatoes, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3.add vodka and cream mix together and let Simmer 15 minutes, or until thickened.

4.while waiting for vodka sauce to be done. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

5.Stir in Parmesan and chopped basil. Toss with pasta until evenly coated.
Serve and enjoy!!!
