How to make Veg Wonton Soup


1 – Chop the veggies

Start with finely chopping the veggies and place them aside inside a large bowl. Season it with some salt and pepper and mix well.


2 – Prepare wontons

Prepare wonton filling of your choice and add 1 tbsp of the filling on wonton wrapper and keep it aside. Meanwhile, boil some water in a pot and add the prepared wontons to it. Let this cook for about 4 minutes.


3 – Assemble and serve!

In serving bowls, add some light soy sauce, small pieces from nori sheets, sesame oil, 1/4th tsp of crushed garlic, and spring onions. Add 1 scoop of wonton boiling water to this and add the wontons too. Garnish with some spring onion greens and serve!
